Before contacting us, please remember the following:

We must have a print and/or sample part of your product to proceed with a factory search. Prints must be detailed and show material specifications, tolerances, and any other items critical to the design and function of the product. Any special packaging requirements, colors or other details must be included with your prints.
We do not accept hand sketches.
Any samples you send us must be representative of the desired construction, quality and size of the product.
Please realize that we cannot guarantee the return of any samples or drawings once they are sent to China. There is a charge for the shipping costs to send samples to China (see #7 below for rates); there is no charge for transmitting prints.
We need to know the purchase quantities per item.
The minimum order value we may accept is $5,000.00. Some factories in China have higher minimum order amounts to justify their setup expenses.
You will need to have proved and tested the design and/or function of your product prior to us launching a factory search. The factories build to print and cannot be responsible for improper assembly, fit or function outside of what is specified in the prints and samples provided to them. If you would like to have your product prototyped please let us know and we can have our prototyping company contact you for a quote.
